Nougatine is basically a caramel-and-almonds preparation whose recipe can be traced back many centuries. Resembling an iced nougat, this dangecrously sinful dessert consists of crunchy bits & pieces of hazelnut caramel with rum and praline in a deliciously cool iced milk. Is it all?
