DESSERTS

The preciousness of the day... 5

Our daily selection to bring your meal to a wonderful conclusion.

Wild Berries and Maple Sugar Sorbet (seasonal)... 6

The newcomer of the season ! This sorbet, prepared in the same fashion as Genes best craftsmen, is made from New France wild berries: blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries... To sweeten this light and refreshing delight, we only use maple sugar !

Cider & Brown Sugar Apple Sauté..6

In 1617 Louis Hébert brought the first apple trees in New France. Since that day, apple orchards spreaded profusely through the land. Have a taste of these caramelized butter-sealed apple pieces dusted with brown sugar and deglazed with local cider. A fresh and full-flavoured dessert to enjoy without a twinge of remorse.

Maple Syrup Pie... 7

Forget sugar pie as you know it. Try this sweetest blend of cream, butter, and pure maple syrup in a flaky crust, with a touch of fresh maple-flavoured cream (as if it wasn't enough already). A Quebec country classic.

Dark Chocolate and Sortilège Mousse... 7

Chocolate lovers, the time has come to indulge. Our light, unctuous mousse is made from dark chocolate, eggs, cream and Sortilège, a Quebecois maple whiskey. It is laid down on a flaky pastry coming from a Breton tradition. There is nothing else to add...
